Hi all! It's hard to believe that our little man is two years old! He's officially the size of an average 34 month old weighing in at 30lbs and 371/2 inches tall. He's quite a character. He talks all the time and likes to tell us what to do - "I watch Backyadigans again, Ok?" or "Mommy, I need animal cookies!" He also loves to sing - we've heard full verses of "Jesus Loves Me", "Twinkle, Twinkle" and the ABC song. Of course, he has his tantrums which are pretty big sometimes and he's tried the screaming tactic lately but we're making it through. He loves trucks and playing in his new sandbox. We're looking forward to all the adventure this next year will bring and watching him become a big brother in a few months.
Below are some pictures from the birthday bash last Saturday. All the grandparents attended, Aunt Kim brought a small entourage with Joe, Karen and Elizabeth. Our good friends TK and Blake and their boys Cooper and Bo and our neighbor children Max and Megan were all in attendance. You'll see the main activities were playing in the sand and with trucks, sharing stickers, eating lunch, opening presents and eating cupcakes. We had a great time celebrating. Enjoy the pictures.
